Rethinking Cultural & Creative Industries
The “Rethinking Cultural & Creative Industries” project will be an accelerator in the transmission of new knowledge and the acquisition of digital and business skills for workers in the creative and cultural sectors. Its purpose is to be an example of good practice in culture in relation to the effective and immediate response to crises and transitions in an era identified with the rapid speed of change in all aspects of human activity. Its aim is to function as a hub of education, networking, and empowerment of cultural activity in line with the modern professional and expressive needs of the creators, the goals of the European Union but also the global cultural, social and economic conditions and requirements.
1 Competency Framework for CCIs in the 21st-century post-pandemic scenario
The main objective of the Project Result 1 (PR1) is to list the key competencies creative and cultural operators should possess in order to be able to structure or re-structure their organizations or projects in a more resilient, sustainable and structured way, thus reacting to the post-pandemic scenario but also proposing themselves as actors of change in their own community and in Europe
2 Training Course for Creative and Cultural Industries Professionals
The training course aims to support the development of relevant and high-quality competences of professionals in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) in order to enhance the resilience, entrepreneurial and digital dimension of their creative work. Promoting lifelong learning and using the specific competence framework developed (PR1), the training will be structured on 4 main modules (list could be changed during project implementation based on results of PR1), covering the basic needs identified by the partners among the target at the moment of initiating this proposal:

3.Learning Hub for Cultural and Creative Industries Professionals
The main goal of PR3 is to create a community-based and interactive online tool and make the project outcomes easily accessible for learners/professionals from CCIs. Learning Hub for CCIs Professionals will be developed as a web-based application using the current trends when it comes to UX/UI guidelines.
4 Handbook for Creative and Cultural Industries Professionals
The result consists in a handbook that will provide complementary information to PR2 course for Creative and Cultural Industries professionals’ competences improvement. The handbook will provide information related to the training modules, and offer additional information
C1 Training of Trainers
The objective of C1 is to have a first opportunity to test the training developed as PR2 with a pool of trainers and experts directly part of the core team of the partners. Each partner will involve two trainers that will be engaged on: – having hands on the training providing feedbacks for improvement – starting to plan how the training will be piloted with the project target group, having in mind both the European dimension and the national one.
C2 Transnational training for CCIs professionals
The transnational training for CCI professionals will allow 15 learners from the sector, from the partners countries, to come together for a training course aimed at providing them with the necessary competences to improve the profitability, resilience and the sustainability of their cultural activities. They will gain relevant and high competences in areas such as: entrepreneurship, digital, management, fundraising, resilience, marketing and networking.
